Pumpkinfest Avenue Art is a collaboration with the Holland Area Arts Council that invites individuals or groups to participate by applying their concept or idea to be part of the Avenue Art. A brief overview of Pumpkinfest Avenue Art is as follows:
-This year’s Avenue Art theme is “Pumpkinfest In Disguise”. Use the theme in any creative way.
-The Avenue Art will be displayed throughout downtown Zeeland during Pumpkinfest 2016.
-Artists will be provided with a structure on which to build their creative interpretation of the theme.
-The 6 foot aluminum structure will be returned to Pumpkinfest after the event. All art must be removeable.
-Each approved artist or group will receive a $50 stipend to assist with supplies for their work of art.
-Artists are responsible for creating, delivering, and maintaining Avenue Art within September 30-October 9.
-Avenue Artworks will be judged. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place based on originality.
